• Player profiles: names and training data such as program, attendance, and assessments, and physical data such as height and weight if you enter it.
• Verification data: we may request an image of an identity document to verify an account, processed only for that purpose.
• Technical usage data: device information and access logs, for security and to improve the Service.

2. Payment data

Your payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card numbers or sensitive card data on our systems — the payment processor handles that under the PCI-DSS card data security standard. We keep only a transaction record (amount, status, date) for billing purposes.

3. How we use your data

• Operate the Service and let you enroll, pay, and follow progress.
• Send notifications related to attendance, applications, and payments.
• Verify accounts, prevent fraud, and protect platform security.
• Improve the Service and analyze usage in aggregate.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We may share it only in these cases:

• With the academy you enroll with, to the extent needed to provide the training service.
• With service providers that help us operate (such as the third-party payment gateway, cloud hosting, and verification services), within the scope of their tasks.
• Where required by a legal obligation or a competent authority.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account, and we process such requests as permitted by law.

6. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing and encrypted connections. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

7. International transfers

Your data may be hosted on servers outside Kuwait with trusted infrastructure providers. We take appropriate steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
