Delete your Fannan account

1. In the app

Open the Fannan app, go to Profile → Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, then press Delete. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

2. Without the app

If you can’t use the app, email [email protected] with the phone number registered to your Fannan account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request with the owner of that phone number before deleting, and complete it within 30 days.

3. What we delete

• Your name and saved location.
• The personal details of the players on your account: name, date of birth, Civil ID, nationality, gender and photos, and their height and weight measurements.
• The contact details (name and phone number) on your store orders.
• Your in-app notifications, and your devices’ push notification tokens.
• Your sign-in access, on every device.
• Open enrollments, applications and unpaid invoices, which are cancelled, so you receive no further bills or reminders.

4. What we keep

Your phone number, so it can’t be used to open a new account and so support can restore your account if you ask. A restored account does not get the deleted details back.

Records of payments, invoices, orders, attendance and assessments, without the personal details above. Academies need them for their records and accounting, and they no longer show your name or your players’ names.

5. Restoring your account

To restore a deleted account, email [email protected]. You can’t sign in or open a new account with the same number while the account is deleted.
